This product is amazing! I was introduced to this product years ago during a difficult time in my life. It hit the sweet spot for me.

I recently decided to try BLISS to see if it would help my very busy nighttime brain to relax and drift into sleep. I didn't want to take a sleep medication--I just wanted my overactive brain to settle. It worked beautifully. I relaxed more easily and went right to sleep.
