How is your full-spectrum hemp oil and black cumin seed tested for purity and active ingredients?

Is hemp the same as marijuana?
No. Hemp is a distinct plant in the cannabis genus. It is specifically grown and bred for its industrial uses as a fiber, protein and oil, making it distinct from marijuana, which contains higher levels of THC.

Will CannabiQuin™ get me high?
No. The hemp oil contained in CannabiQuin is derived from hemp, which means that it contains less than 0.3% THC.  Marijuana contains much higher levels of THC, which is the component of cannabis that causes the “high” feeling. Unlike marijuana, hemp is not psychoactive.

Will taking CannabiQuin cause me to fail a drug test?

The 2018 Farm Bill defines hemp as cannabis with less than 0.3% THC.  The full spectrum hemp oil contained in CannabiQuin, in compliance with the Farm Bill, contains trace amounts (less than 0.3%) of naturally-occurring THC.  This level, when used according to the label, makes it unlikely that you will fail a drug test. However, more research is needed to fully understand the factors that contribute to effective metabolism of cannabinoids. There is variability in drug testing methods, meaning a drug test sensitive to 0.0% or a zero tolerance requirement for occupation and/or treatment may detect the naturally-occurring THC in CannabiQuin. 

We strongly suggest that individuals who are required not to fail a drug test avoid all naturally-occurring THC.
