Permanent Addition to My Daily Protocol

All three of these products are part of my daily protocol. I take the oxygen extreme in the morning and the other two at night. I have been taking them every day for 4 months and have noticed an increase in energy, decrease in inflammation and my skin is looking much better.

Hepatocleanse is a mild cleansing of the liver that I take every night. I feel it is a gentle way out of detoxing On a continual basis as I enter my later years. Likewise Curcumin extreme has a most powerful form of turmeric with science to back it. It has prophylactic defense. Additionally oxygen extreme also helps My alertness when driving late at night or feeling sleepy in mid day & I believe it is helping illuminate the little fat glodules On my forehead As it helps improve the skin.

Questions about how to take it

I am halfway through and feel tremendously better mentally and feel I have a lot more control over my emotions and thoughts. But I have a question.. Are you supposed to take 2 of the Hepatocleanse at once or spread out in two different times during the day? And same with the Oxygen Extreme.
