Yum Yum Yum!

I do not like protein shakes normally. I don't like the flavor or the texture, but these TLS shakes, specifically chocolate and vanilla are DELICIOUS!! I would really recommend this to anyone who uses these shakes in their regular diet. The vanilla with strawberries tastes like dessert. The chocolate mixed with some peanut butter is like a dreamy treat. I may be a protein shake convert now!

Love both the chocolate and vanilla nutrition shakes! They are satisfying with just milk, or with peanut butter or fruit! I have one a day for lunch and am satisfied! Can't wait to try the cookies and cream!

Best Shake Ever...

I use it as meal replacement for breakfast every morning. I will not be without it. The chocolate tastes great (and I have had some bad shakes from other companies). The TLS shakes are out of this world - and they work!
