Support Your Health & Energy Around the Clock
68% of people are vitamin D deficient. Vitamin D is vital for strong bones, a healthy heart, and a resilient immune system. When paired with vitamin K, it helps your body absorb calcium and supports healthy arteries.
Up to 50% of Americans don’t get enough magnesium. Adequate magnesium is necessary for optimal vitamin D utilization and is essential for mental clarity, muscle relaxation, and restful sleep.
The Rise & Rest System Kit provides over the daily recommended amounts of vitamin D and magnesium—two essential nutrients that work together to support your health around the clock—plus Tower+ Magnesium Spray to restore your body, calm your mind, and enhance your wellness routine.
Prepare for the Day With Vitamin D3*
Elevate your morning wellness routine with the power of Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), expertly paired with vitamin K for maximum benefits in our thoughtfully curated kit. This essential nutrient promotes bones heart health, and supports immune health, while working with vitamin K to ensure proper calcium absorption. Because Vitamin D is fat-soluble, it’s best absorbed with healthy fats like eggs or avocado—making it the perfect addition to your breakfast. Plus, taking Vitamin D in the morning mimics natural sun exposure and helps prevent sleep disruption, so you can start each day feeling your best. Make optimal health easy with our complete wellness kit!

FAQs
Why is vitamin K included in nutraMetrix Isotonix Vitamin D with K2?
Some studies have concluded that vitamin K2 does not interfere with anticoagulant medications; however, most products containing vitamin K (including K1 and/or K2) warn users taking anticoagulants not to take the product. If you are currently taking warfarin or another anticoagulant medication, you should consult your physician before taking any product containing vitamin K1 or K2.
Is it safe to take more than one serving of this product daily?
One serving daily of nutraMetrix Isotonix Vitamin D with K2 is recommended. Check with your physician before taking additional daily servings of this product.
Is there a toxicity level for vitamin D?
Studies have shown that healthy adults taking 125 mcg of vitamin D daily for extended periods rarely experience toxicity, as long as blood calcium and vitamin D levels are monitored. Vitamin D toxicity is very rare and usually occurs with much higher doses (more than 250 mcg per day) over long periods.
What benefits does magnesium provide for the body?
With its involvement in supporting over 300 enzyme reactions, magnesium plays roles in many aspects of health. With regards to bone health, it is an important component of the mineralized part of bone and supports the normal metabolism of calcium and potassium in adults. Magnesium works together with calcium and vitamin D to help keep bones strong and support bone mineral density. Magnesium also supports muscle development and movement and the transmission of nerve impulses to the muscles. Studies clearly demonstrate the effects of supplemental magnesium on muscular health. Adequate magnesium levels are also important for cardiovascular health. Studies show magnesium supports a regular heartbeat, thus promoting a healthy heart. Additionally, magnesium helps maintain normal blood pressure. Magnesium supports normal protein synthesis. As such, there is evidence that magnesium helps maintain normal blood sugar levels.
How much magnesium should I be getting, and why do I need a magnesium supplement versus getting it from my normal diet?
The recommended daily intake for adults, established by the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences, states that adult males between the ages of 19 and 30 should be receiving 400 mg of magnesium daily. Adult females of the same age should receive 310 mg daily. For older males, the recommendation is 420 mg daily, while older females should consume 320 mg daily. Daily lifestyle factors and poor dietary choices adversely affect the amount of magnesium we are ingesting. Foods rich in magnesium include whole grains, nuts and green vegetables, which are potent sources of magnesium because of their chlorophyll content. Meats, starches, dairy products and refined and processed foods — which make up a large portion of the typical diet in today’s society — contain low amounts of magnesium.
What is the Isotonix delivery system, and how does it work?
Isotonic, which means “same pressure,” bears the same chemical resemblance of the body’s blood, plasma and tears. All fluids in the body have a certain concentration, referred to as osmotic pressure. The body’s common osmotic pressure, which is isotonic, allows consistent maintenance of body tissues. In order for a substance to be absorbed and used in the body’s metabolism, it must be transported in an isotonic state. When an isotonic substance enters the body, it will be absorbed into the bloodstream rapidly. Isotonix dietary supplements are delivered in an isotonic solution, allowing nutrients to pass directly into the small intestine and be rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream. With Isotonix products, little nutritive value is lost, making the absorption of nutrients highly efficient while delivering maximum results.
How does the Tower+ Magnesium Spray work?
The lightweight spray allows for easy application and quick drying, making it ideal for targeted use as a part of post-activity or evening self-care routines. You can use it twice daily, applying 8 pumps per use.
What are the benefits of Tower+ Magnesium Spray?
Experience complete wellness with a formula that helps ease cramps and encourages better sleep by calming your body and mind. It also leaves your skin feeling relaxed, energized and revitalized—everything you need for an active, balanced lifestyle.
When can I expect to feel results with Tower+ Magnesium Spray? Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Customers have seen results in as little as minute before but full results after a week of consistent usage. It's common to feel mild tingling or itching initially due to concentrated magnesium levels. If this happens, dilute the spray with water, starting with a small test area. Stop using and consult your healthcare provider if irritation continues.
