The maximum servings are 10 capfuls per cocktail. While this number is ideal and the basis for the Formula Assistant, some people still like to split their Isotonix® Custom Cocktail into a morning/AM serving and an afternoon/PM serving so they can add in other Isotonix products that are not currently available through Custom Cocktail. Additionally, for individuals that prefer smaller cocktails, they may choose to take some in the AM and some in the PM.

3. Can I get a Custom Cocktail without sugar?
No, an essential component to the isotonic delivery system is the nutrient transport potential made possible by carbohydrates. Glucose and fructose are critical in the balancing of an isotonic solution. If you utilize all 10 capfuls in any variation of Custom Cocktail formulas with the help of the Formula Assistant, you will have between 12 and 19 grams of carbohydrates. The average Custom Cocktail has 10 grams of carbohydrates.

4. Can I return my Custom Cocktail if I do not want it any longer?

5. What if I want to cancel my Custom Cocktail?
Custom Cocktails can be canceled when you allow for one week from its creation/order date for a timely cancelation. This is one full week PRIOR to your Personal AutoShip date.

Custom Cocktail takes one to two weeks to be delivered from its individual order date.

7. How can I be assured that my Isotonix Custom Cocktail is accurately formulated?
Isotonix Custom Cocktail is formulated using state-of-the-art computerized technology. Each Isotonix product is weighed to within one-tenth of a gram and mixed in a vortex blender. This custom-made equipment was specifically designed for customized blending and its accuracy has been tested and verified.

8. Why is it important to shake my Custom Cocktail container before use?
Some settling of the product may occur in the container during shipping. Shaking and mixing before use will ensure that the content is uniform, and every serving has the same nutritional value.

9. My Isotonix Custom Cocktail container is not full to the top. Should I be concerned?
The fullness of the container depends upon how many products were combined to make the Isotonix Custom Cocktail. Isotonix Custom Cocktail is shipped in one of two container sizes. The smaller container holds two to five blended products, and the larger container holds six to ten blended products. If you ordered three Isotonix products blended, your Cocktail will be shipped in the smaller container and will be slightly over half full when you receive it.

10. Is Isotonix Custom Cocktail made of the same Isotonix products I'm accustomed to taking?
Yes. Isotonix Custom Cocktail is formulated using the exact same Isotonix products sold individually.

11. Does blending the ingredients lessen the effectiveness of the Isotonix product?

Nutrition Guard software is always working in the background, ready to alert you to any adjustments that need to be made to your custom cocktail.  If you see red bars in your graph or any Isotonix products highlighted in red, this is Nutrition Guard's way of letting you know what needs to be adjusted in the cocktail. Place your mouse cursor over the red bar for details on which Isotonix products are highlighted to be decreased. Decrease the amount of the product highlighted and the red bar will disappear. Then you can submit your custom formula for ordering.
